Shailaja Golikeri

Associate Director
Shailaja Golikeri was the AppScan US R&D Lab lead, managing a cross-functional team delivering SAST technology for HCL AppScan’s on-premises and cloud offerings. She joined HCL through IBM, working on ClearCase before transitioning to AppScan. She also served as the CFIUS compliance and implementation lead for the HCL AppScan organization. After 45 years in the software industry, she is retiring.

Samantha Gustafson

Senior Software Engineer
Samantha Gustafson is a Senior Software Engineer on the HCL AppScan Cloud team. With nearly six years at HCL, she has contributed to various HCL AppScan projects and leads HCL AppScan Go!, overseeing feature planning and bug fixes. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut. In her free time, she enjoys caring for 60+ houseplants and being creative while watching movies.

Urmi Chatterjee

Senior Engineering Manager
Urmi Chatterjee leads the Chelmsford AppScan SAST research lab. She is an experienced engineering leader, specializing in application security, with a focus on building robust, cross-geo software teams for product development. Urmi believes that collaboration and communication are key to building teams that are passionate about product quality and delivery. She received her Masters in Computer Science from Delhi University, India.

Michaela Perrotta

Senior Software Developer
Michaela Perrotta majored in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration at Northeastern University. She has a background in Agile and Scrum development methodologies and is skilled in providing administrative, project, design, and software development support. With expertise in Java, JavaScript, and Python, she excels in both team-based and independent work environments in fast-paced settings.

Pooja Naidu

Senior Manager Support Engineering
Pooja Naidu, Head of Support for HCL AppScan, has over 20 years of experience in software application support, specializing in Secure DevOps and Application Security. She leads high-performing teams to deliver secure, innovative solutions and optimize CI/CD pipelines for scalability and resilience. Passionate about collaboration, she enhances operational efficiency, application performance, and security while driving automation and customer-centric support excellence.

Billy Weber

Director of Product Management
Billy Weber is a Product Management Director at HCLSoftware where she leads the team overseeing the HCL AppScan platform, including HCL AppScan on Cloud and HCL AppScan 360º. She has over 20 years of experience in application security, software development, and product management. Billy holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics, both awarded with honors from Tel Aviv University.

Kathleen Brady Jackson

Senior Product Manager
Kathleen Brady Jackson is a Senior Product Manager for HCL AppScan. She has more than 15 years of product management experience focused on social software applications, unified communications, and application security. Her career spans dynamic roles within startups as well as large enterprises. Skiing, exploring nature, and spending time with family and friends are her happy places.
