Recap: 2023 Agile International Conference

HCLSoftware had the distinction of being the Diamond Sponsor for the 2023 Agile International Conference held March 9 and 10 on the campus of Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Over 350 people attended this event with roles ranging from developers and scrum masters to students. As part of this sponsorship, HCLSoftware conducted two speaking sessions and hosted a number of other sessions for the more than 350 attendees.

During our time at Agile International Conference, we enjoyed amazing brand awareness. HCLSoftware was featured on the Agile International Conference website, on the back of the t-shirts handed out to attendees and sponsored in Graham Hall (with our logo represented in the room all day). We were also verbally recognized during the introduction and closing of this event.

HCLSoftware was able to connect with industry leaders and professionals through various engagements. First of all, we conducted a live podcast episode for the Application Paranoia Podcast, hosted by our own Rob Cuddy and Colin Bell, and conducted two other podcasts as well. In addition, the HCLSoftware session entitled “Agile Has Gotten You Close – Value Stream Management Can Take You Over the Finish Line” was presented as part of the Business Agility track and delivered by solution architect Jon Harding. Jon conducted a lively discussion around the gains that can be realized when you can visualize the flow of work and take actions to optimize, and showed attendees how value stream management can be used to achieve bottom-line business impact.
