Richard is a software executive / techy with over twenty years of experience building amazing products, solutions and teams. He enjoy engaging with customers and partners in creating Digital Transformation solutions (Low Code, Collaboration, Customer Experience) that differentiate their brands and overall customer experiences. He has extensive expertise in establishing a clear vision / strategy, leading revenue / market growth, delivering engineering / innovation, empowering world class sales and marketing capabilities / programs while focused on building an enabled, engaged and empowered culture / team.

Richard has held senior leadership roles at IBM, Cisco and Starwood Hotels focusing on delivering world class software, IT, cloud ops for global customers - as well as global teams.

Marcelo Cabane serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for HCLSoftware's Experience and Domino+ portfolios. He is responsible for revenue growth, customer success, and global market expansion across both portfolios, aligning go-to-market with HCLSoftware's shift toward agentic, outcome-based consumption models.

With over 35 years in the software industry, from programming to executive leadership, Marcelo has built and run software businesses from vision to execution with a lean, data-driven approach. At IBM, he held roles across Latin America, North America, and Europe, and co-authored information management methodologies. After entrepreneurial leadership roles, he joined HCLSoftware, where he rose to Senior Vice President, Head of EMEA, LATAM, and Japan, and then to Chief Customer Officer.

He works with a multicultural team and a loyal network of partners, and, fluent in five languages, engages directly with clients worldwide as their executive sponsor.

Marcelo is a certified private pilot, a keen skier, and a committed Scuderia Ferrari Tifosi. He is based in Miami.

Navin is Divisional Chief Product Officer at Intelligent Operations, HCLSoftware. Navin is responsible for Innovation and Product Engineering for the Intelligent Operations portfolio at HCL Software.

Navin is an Innovator, Thought Leader, and Author in areas of AI and Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Software Product Development, Engineering, and R&D.

Navin holds 10+ Patents in the AI and Analytics domain and has published 20+ books on AIOPS, Cloud Computing, Big Data Technologies, and Machine Learning.

Will brings 25 years of enterprise technology leadership, from scaling global SaaS businesses at Pure Storage to strengthening Snowflake’s business across EMEA and global accounts. His previous experience includes a 15-year tenure in executive positions at DXC, Accenture, and IBM Global Services.

As Divisional Chief Revenue Officer at Intelligent Operations, he will be responsible for Global Go-To-Market to drive customer acquisition / customer success across the Intelligent Operations portfolio -- spanning ITOps, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, BizOps, all powered by pragmatic Agentic AI-driven operations that enable different consumption and outcome-based models.

Passionate Sales Leader that believes in leading from the front and working as a team. Experience internationally as a General Manager and as a North America based functional leader in Sales Management, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, PreSales Management and Marketing. Majority of career has been focused in the Information Management and Security Industry with hardware and software based solutions. Most recent involvement with developing GTM Cloud Strategies and SaaS offerings and helping companies transition to the Cloud.

Specialties: Strong market vision, team building and execution/operational capabilities. Able to design winning GTM business strategies, build effective matrix win teams, and execute in multi-dimensional go to market models. Very effective in complex environments, creating innovation solutions, and building a hyper growth business.

Steve Lennon serves as Chief Operating Officer for Actian, responsible for efficiently and effectively guiding operations processes and business functions to enable the company to deliver the desired business results and achieve its long-term strategic vision. In this role, he aligns people and processes to support Actian’s positioning as the essential provider of data intelligence solutions that enable confident, data-driven organizations.

Steve has over 25 years of experience leading go-to-market teams for large enterprise software companies, as well as building a software-as-a-service business for a startup. He brings a wealth of knowledge on the enterprise software market and lessons learned from building a growth business inside a larger matrixed organization. Most recently, Steve held a leadership role at Supply Wisdom, a startup in the supply chain data and analytics market. He previously held global leadership roles at Ivanti, MobileIron, and CA Technologies, where he was responsible for the sales and operational functions of the business.

As Chief Technology Officer at Actian, Emma McGrattan leads the company’s technology strategy, innovation, and product development in support of Actian’s mission to simplify how companies connect, manage, govern, and analyze data to transform businesses. Since joining the company three decades ago, Emma has played a pivotal role in the evolution and advancement of its analytics, data integration, and data management solutions, including the Actian Data Platform.

A prominent figure in the database industry, Emma is known for her expertise in data architecture, query optimization, and cloud transformation. Her leadership and contributions to these areas are widely recognized, making her a respected voice at technology events.

Passionate about creating a sustainable, inclusive future for technology, Emma is a celebrated advocate for women in tech and an active mentor dedicated to fostering inclusive cultures within the industry.

Emma holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Dublin City University in Ireland.

Neeraj Purandare is Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Industry Software Division at HCLSoftware. With over two decades of experience spanning product management, business development, and Engineering, Neeraj has built and scaled enterprise software businesses and launched several innovative products.

Prior to HCL, Neeraj held executive roles in large enterprises and venture-backed startups. At Enlighted, he served as Executive Vice President of Products and Partnerships, driving the IoT-enabled smart building platform’s product strategy and commercial growth. Prior to that, he spent over 15 years at Cisco working in various roles in switching, network management, and IoT.

Neeraj has an MBA from Santa Clara University in California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Karnatak University in India, and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Raj Iyer is the Divisional Chief Technology Officer. In this role Raj has end-to- end P&L responsibility for a number of product lines including Customer Experience, UEM, Automation and Secure DevOps portfolios. Raj is additionally responsible for product management across HCLSoftware where he oversees the modernization and cloudification of the HCLSoftware portfolio. Raj has been with HCLSoftware since November 2017 and was instrumental in helping it grow from $1.5 Billion from a few hundred million dollars in revenue.

Prior to this, between April 2014 – October 2017, Raj was the General Manager of ASEAN at DXC – the services major that was formed by the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation and HP Enterprise Services. In this role Raj was responsible for DXC’s ASEAN business.

Prior to this, between May 2005 – March 2014, Raj was also at IBM where he held several executive leadership roles in the Growth Markets Unit, India/South Asia, ASEAN and the US composing and implementing cross-brand solutions for IBM’s largest customers across the world. Raj has worked for three Silicon Valley startups, in product, sales and general management roles.

Raj lives in Chicago, United States. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Honors) and has conducted original research in AI/ML at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, India.

Steve is Chief Information Officer for Actian world-wide, overseeing Information Technology, Facilities and Cloud Operations and Management.

He has over 30 years experience in Information Technology Management. Prior to Actian Steve was CIO for Pervasive Software, which was acquired by Actian. Prior to that, he held CIO/CTO positions at Supporktids and Tivoli and was a senior IT director at Dell. Steve has an MBA in Information Systems Management and a BS in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.

Adam Currie, Senior Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer / I&O Head at HCLSoftware, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning business, technology, and security strategies with corporate and customer requirements. Under his guidance, the global Infrastructure, information security, product security, risk, and compliance programs have been fortified to ensure the integration of cutting-edge security best practices as a critical requirement throughout the software development lifecycle, hosted services offerings, and corporate functions.

Adam's contribution to security and technology is not limited to his role at HCLSoftware. He sits on Exabeam's customer advisory board, has been a guest speaker and panel member for several security and technology conferences, has been a guest speaker on the New CISO podcasts, and serves as a regular guest lecturer on Security and Compliance at Georgetown University.

Meet Gandhi Ramaswamy, the financial visionary driving the success of HCLSoftware. As a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience, Gandhi's journey has been intertwined with HCL for more than two decades, where he has worn various hats, including roles in financial leadership and as Head of Finance and CFO outside of HCL.

Experience That Counts Gandhi Ramaswamy's career spans over 30 years, making him a seasoned expert in the world of finance. His journey began within HCLTech, and over the years, he has honed his financial expertise across diverse roles.

Transformational Leadership During his intervening period, Gandhi brought his financial acumen to HTC Global and Hitachi Solutions, where he served as the Head of Finance and CFO. His transformative leadership was instrumental in reshaping financial processes and elevating these organizations to new levels of financial efficiency and excellence.
