The client battled with decreased manufacturing productivity and elevated chances of errors due to a significant dependency on manual operational procedures. To improve workflow agility, the data center required a complete overhaul. The client faced the following challenges:
- Inefficient datacenters generating a significant carbon footprint on the environment
- Failure to utilize the five data centers to their full potential as they operated in silos
- Significant reliance on unstructured and manual processes resulted in the failure to enable the existing “as-a-service” model for multiple IT infrastructure projects
- Inability to focus on organizational strategy including customer experience and global markets, due to the slow pace of IT adoption
