HCLSoftware Validates Sovereign Collaboration for ISO 27001 Compliance

NOIDA, India (Mar. 02, 2026) - HCLSoftware, the software division of HCLTech, today announced a landmark achievement in Digital Sovereignty. Its enterprise sovereign collaboration portfolio, HCL Domino+, has been successfully validated as the core component of a certified information domain (“Informationsverbund”) compliant with ISO 27001 based on BSI IT-Grundschutz

HCL is the first global enterprise software provider to have its collaboration solutions certified under these strict German government standards. The BSI IT-Grundschutz is widely regarded as the “Gold Standard” for IT security in Europe because, unlike general certifications that focus solely on management processes, it requires strict adherence to specific technical safeguards.

This project was completed in collaboration with one of our partners in Germany, iLink, which operates in both the public and private sectors.
