The Challenge
Exprivia manages extremely complex and diversified IT environments with many operating systems. In these environments, automating patch management and ensuring consistent compliance required a unified approach from a single console. At the same time, the organization lacked visibility into installed licenses and the elements needed to assess third-party risk, both essential given its work in banking, insurance, and finance

HCL BigFix Compliance enabled Exprivia to guarantee compliance with various standards using the same infrastructure and the same agent across environments. It also allowed the organization to define and enforce policies it created itself. From a single console, Exprivia ensured compliance, measured how far they were from compliance, and activated remediation processes. This greatly increased the effectiveness of their operations management
Inventory
With the inventory module, Exprivia was able to collect information not only about installed licenses but also to gather all those elements that are important for assessing third-party risk. As the organization noted, this is very important for the DORA regulations
