2022 VSM Trends Report

An end-to-end value stream is viewed and optimized through Value Stream Management (VSM), improving business decisions and outcomes. Businesses and IT delivery processes can be improved by incorporating value, waste, and friction into VSM. Its goal is to HCL DevOps Velocity the delivery of high value change to an organization.

In fall of 2022, HCLSoftware sent a survey to more than 10,000 professionals working in a wide variety of positions, industries, and locations around the world.

The goal was to gain a greater understanding of value stream management trends, procedures that are being implemented today, and what operational challenges companies face as they develop a value stream.
