SOC 2 Type 2 Reports

SOC 2, developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), is a standard for internal controls that protect information stored across HCLSoftware infrastructure and in the cloud. Independent auditors conduct audits against the SOC 2 controls and establish a report that can be shared as a summary of the service organization's compliance status. SOC 2 Type II reports attest to the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over a period of time and against the relevant Trust Services Criteria (TSC).
