HCLSoftware today announced the release of DRYiCE iAutomate 6.3, an intelligent AI-led runbook automation product with Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing capabilities, which assists organizations in streamlining and automating IT operations.

iAutomate users have seen an 85 percent reduction in Mean Time to Resolve, 30 percent reduction in service desk costs, and 20 percent improvement in SLA compliance. iAutomate has successfully resolved millions of incidents autonomously for customers in biopharmaceutical, medical, human resources, global mining, and other domains.

iAutomate 6.3 features and enhancements include:

• Simplified Interface: The new interface provides seamless navigation that improves user experience, with assisted guidance for various administrative tasks.
• New Runbooks: Added runbook packs brings the total count to 3,000-plus out of the box runbooks in iAutomate. This ensures quick value realization by automating repetitive and mundane issues.
• Integrations: New out-of-the-box integrations with some Information Technology Service Management tools to enable end to end remediation of Incidents, SR tasks and CR tasks.
• Licensing and Utilization: Effective tracking of product utilization based on number of managed virtual servers, with new enhanced dashboards and enriched widgets, leading to improved visibility and governance.
• Performance Enhancements: Flexibility to handle large datasets for ticket analysis, improved accuracy for runbook recommendations, improved knowledge article recommendations and document summarization.
