HCL Commerce Medals in 8 of 10 Categories in Paradigm B2B Report

HCLSoftware announced today that HCL Commerce, the transaction platform that helps customers sell more, has been awarded eight medals in the Paradigm B2B Enterprise Report. Paradigm B2B's reports are distinctive because they are not based on an oversimplified, "winner-take-all" matrix ranking. The Paradigm team utilizes a unique methodology based on 35 criteria, backed by customer interviews to evaluate solutions individually in key performance areas. With this approach, companies can easily identify solutions that are strong in the areas that are important to their business and will help them grow.

The Paradigm B2B report ranked HCL Commerce capabilities as:

Gold (Exceptional):

Bronze (Differentiated):

• Customer Service & Support: Based on feedback of our CSRs and customer service metrics and measures.
• Total Cost of Ownership: Recognition our cloud-native / SoFy strategy is making it easier and simpler for our clients to implement and stay current on the latest technology.
• Sales and Channel Enablement: Based on our ability to enable customer-facing sales reps and CSRs, as well as channel partners, to sell more products and services.

This is the third year that Paradigm has issued the B2B Enterprise Report and the second year of participation for HCL Commerce. HCL Commerce’s medal count increased from five to eight, including their first Gold and three more silver medals.
