Rebecca Bauer, an experienced digital content creator and brand and messaging builder has worked for start-ups and established brands for many years.

Rebecca believes in giving back to the community. During the pandemic, she focused on the importance of interconnectedness and collaboration by delivering iPads to children with disabilities to give them access to remote learning and did grocery shopping for elderly neighbors.

Being a single mom with three kids, Rebecca tries her best to be 100% present at work when she's working and then to make sure she's focused on her family when it's not work time. Rebecca is versatile, organized, and a key member in helping shape an exciting future for HCLSoftware.

Defining success on her terms, Sharika returned to her career trajectory after a 5-year break from HCLSoftware. She believes in prioritizing and planning her tasks and leading a healthy life.

With her positive attitude, she believes it's okay to be perfectly imperfect because that's what makes you human.

Sharika has been awarded for designing and developing an automation tool within the Digital Solutions team.

Pinki Saha Choudhury started her career as a software developer after spending 14+ years with Tata Consultancy Services, Deloitte, and Goldman Sachs in various roles and multiple geographies.

Pinki’s mantra is: “You can if you believe you can.” She doesn’t believe in a daily work-life balance but rather in being present at the right time and place — be it home or work. Being conscientious, Pinki likes to pre-plan her day to make the best out of it.

As a client advocate for customers, Pinki’s major contribution has been ensuring overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

Traci has 20+ years of experience in product marketing. She loves technology and spending time with customers, listening to their transformation stories.

She enjoys being part of any success when smart people come together and learn from one another. She believes that “perfection is the enemy of good — and iteration is critical.”

Her current role in HCLSoftware allows her to bring a start-up spirit and lead a team of courageous colleagues.

Deepika has been at HCLSoftware for more than seven years, and has worn many different hats.

She is creative, organized and disciplined, and has never had a dissatisfied “client” at work. She has also worked at multiple multinational companies and thrives on the excitement of being involved at every level of every project.

Deepika quotes Jim Rohn, motivational speaker, "Either you run the day or the day runs you," And adds, that the key is not to prioritize what's on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities. Be emphatic and believe in yourself, you got this!!

Vivian is moving over from the data & analytics company Actian to do Business Partner marketing at HCLSoftware, and considers a tech startup in the late 90s to be her “lucky break” in her career.

She is a proud mom to twin girls she adopted from Russia in 2001. Her daughters are now thriving, though they have faced many obstacles due to early malnutrition, including health and heart issues, asthma, some physical challenges and learning disabilities.

Vivian considers herself lucky to be dedicated to indirect channel and co-development with resellers, ISVs, Sis, RSIs, OEMs. The channel is her passion and she’s excited to help make her role a superstar success.

Sharon prefers the term “work-life fit” to work-life balance. She does this by knowing what her priorities are (they can be fluid) and managing my schedule and activities so I can be fully present and effective at work and in life.

She has a degree in Public Relations but a marketing internship in college turned into a full-time opportunity and now she’s been in marketing for more than a decade.

Oh, and she’s rung the Nasdaq stock exchange bell! She was part of the leadership team at a marketing startup, and was one of two female leaders who represented the company when it went public.

Cristina starts her day early, preferably with a strong cup of coffee! She believes that prioritization and an open mind is key in all things personal and professional. Also, be organized, but be prepared to shift gears quickly as days are full of ever-changing adventures.

Cristina began her marketing career in the engineering industry in 2013 in Ohio. Moving to Texas a few years later, she’s marketed in similar industries driving overall communication strategy.

She quotes Mindy Kaling, for her inspiration: “If you don’t see a clear path for what you want, sometimes you have to make it yourself.”

Amanda has been at HCLSoftware for two years, and has worked hard to get products to the top of google search results by consistently updating content, syndication and increased product engagement.

She lost both her parents in her 30s, and that taught her many lessons about how important it is to enjoy life. Health and happiness is her priority, which provides a solid foundation for her success at work.

She believes we should be kind to others, since “life is too darn short!” And she recently started bootcamp style classes and yoga at a local gym.

Sana has deep experience in both project management and marketing and first honed her skills as a marketing pro at Elsevier, a scientific publishing company, where she successfully leveraged multiple channels.

Her achievements are a testament to her hard work and dedication to her craft. At a previous job at JPMorgan Chase, she ran initiatives that led to a 20% increase in customer engagement and a 30% increase in lead generation.

She loves this quote from Theodore Roosevelt: “Believe you can, and you’re half way there,” and thinks three things are key to success: 1) work/life balance, 2) prioritizing tasks, and 3) practicing self care.

Loryn has been at HCLSoftware for six years, and brings her experience as a business development manager to her skill as a teambuilder, networker, and technology expert.

She helped build the HCL Discover team by networking, and is currently working to integrate that solution with our multiexperience application development platform HCL Volt MX.

Her advice is to have a dedicated office space, if you work from home. That way, you can can establish work/life boundaries so you can “go to work” and then “go home” at the end of the work day.
