By leveraging MyCloud, requesters can effortlessly initiate requests for various offered catalogues. These catalogues are neatly grouped into three distinct categories: Vanilla Servers, Middleware Servers and Database Servers. Each catalogue can be requested either as an independent request or as part of a HA solution, tailored to specific needs.

MyCloud takes the reins for both Day 0 and Day 1 tasks through seamless integrations with diverse tools within the environment leading to an impressive 90% automation rate, further augmented by ongoing efforts to fully automate the provisioning workflow.
