A New Domain for Our Customer Ideas Portal, Under the HCLSoftware Website

A simpler, more secure, and consistent experience for our customers

At HCLSoftware, we’re always looking for ways to make it easier for our customers to connect, collaborate, and share ideas with us. As part of this ongoing effort, we’re excited to announce a domain migration that will bring all our Product Ideas Portals under a single domain:

*.ideas.hcl-software.com

Currently, our Ideas Portals are hosted across different domains:

• https://*-ideas.hcltechsw.com
• https://hclsw-*.ideas.aha.io

This change is part of our broader digital transformation, focused on enhancing accessibility, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering a seamless user experience across all our products.

Moving forward, all portals will transition to the new HCLSoftware domain structure:

https://*.ideas.hcl-software.com

Why are we making this change?

• Consistent Branding: Every Ideas Portal will now live under the same recognizable domain, reinforcing the HCLSoftware identity.
• Simplified Access: Clean, intuitive URLs make it easier to navigate and share feedback.
• Stronger Security: All portals will now follow our enterprise-grade security and compliance framework.
• Future-Ready: A unified setup that allows faster onboarding for new products and community portals.

How We’re Rolling This Out

We’re approaching this migration in two phases to ensure a smooth and transparent transition for our customers.

Phase 1: Pilot Migration (January 2026)

We’ll begin by validating the new setup and ensuring everything runs seamlessly across the set of portals currently hosted under Aha.io.

Phase 2: Broader Rollout (End of January 2026)

Following a successful Phase 1 pilot, we’ll migrate all remaining portals under hcltechsw.com to the new domain.

We expect no downtime during the transition period. If you face any issue, please reach out to us using our Customer support portal
