The Challenge
The client was finding it hard to cope with manual IT provisioning leading to longer turnaround times. Insufficient automation infusion across the IT value chain led to the following challenges:

The Solution
The client chose to deploy HCL MyCloud in conjunction with VMWare vCenter (Private Cloud), SNOW, VDI, SIEM Agent, and SNOW Agent to complete the tech stack. This enabled the automation of virtual machine provisioning, cloud movement monitoring, and self-servicing and helped simplify enterprise-wide IT asset provisioning.
