Standard Information Gathering Questionnaire

The Standard Information Gathering questionnaire is a collection of industry standard security and compliance questions. These questionnaires are often used to assess vendor risk and serve as a snapshot of HCLSoftware's security and compliance posture. By proactively sharing this questionnaire, HCLSoftware aims to increase the transparency of our organization, and reduce any obscurity around the security and compliance of our division/products.

Access to the SIG customer questionnaire is restricted and is solely for the information of HCLSoftware and its Customers. Customer access to this questionnaire requires a Non Disclosure Agreement which can be requested by sending an email to the HCLSoftware Compliance Team at swcompliance@hcl.com.
