Opportunity Identifier

Submit your HCL Commerce or Marketing Cloud sales qualified lead on this form and once approved as a HCLSoftware direct sales opportunity by HCLSoftware and the deal closes you will be eligible for the Market Development Funds (MDF) award based on the first year deal value.



Working closely with our sales team on a HCL direct sale opportunity, if you contribute at least 50% within the sales cycle through demos, POC or advocacy and the deal closes you will be identified and eligible for MDF. Co-sell activities need to be supported by proof of performance provided to the HCLSoftware opportunity owner.

Each opportunity payout is capped at $300kUSD which will be pro-rated between the Opportunity Identifier and Co-Sell Partner. MDF will be received in the quarter following the deal close.
